ひのき屋
1998年に函館が生んだ「トラベリングバンド」。主なメンバーはソガ直人、しまだめぐみ、雨宮牧子、ワタナベヒロシの4 人。旅人としての心象風景を、篠笛の息づかい、太鼓の振動、そしてギターの音色を中心に表現します。 アジアと西洋、過去と未来。時空を自由に行き来するひのき屋。彼らは、人々の冷え切ったこころを熱くします。個々の音がひとつに響く、伝統とオリジナルのジャパニーズ・ワールドミュージック。永遠の旅人・ひのき屋の物語は、行く先々でうねりとなって、世界を変えていきます。アジアも、ヨーロッパも、イスラムも。旅がつづく限り、僕たちは変わり続ける。代表曲 は「プラタナスの樹」「足踏みダンス」。北海道新聞社・第8回「北のみらい奨励賞」受賞。
